Akhoury Room A contains the following equipment:

- Smart TV with Apple TV configuration
- Sound system with microphone

- Folding tables and chairs
Akhoury Rooms A and B can be booked together to accommodate groups larger than 35. The maximum capacity is 75.
Library staff are not able to accommodate room setup requests at this time. Patrons using the meeting rooms are responsible for setup and breakdown of tables and chairs at the time of their room booking.

The Sun Rooms are designed to provide a quiet area for individual or small groups. The fundamental purpose of these rooms is to provide a suitable environment for study, instruction and research. Sun Rooms are not for social gatherings.
Sun Rooms may be reserved once per week up to two weeks in advance by Florham Park residents. Rooms are first-come-first-serve for all other patrons.

The New Jersey Room contains the following equipment and furniture:

- Large table with chairs (can be split into 4 smaller tables)
