This toddler and me yoga class focuses on enhancing fine & gross motor skills acquisition and guiding each child to find his/her own inner peace and serenity while emphasizing breathing and strength with movement. Caregivers and little ones ages 2 to 6 are invited to join this yoga class, a fun and instructive way to connect with your body and breath to become present and bond with your little one.
